2. Tickets & Refunds



All ticket sales are final. No refunds.



Tickets are non‑refundable in the event of change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.



If the event is postponed or cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted with further information.

Aggressive, unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.



Anyone acting like a problem may be removed from the event without refund.



4. Security & Safety



Security reserves the right to conduct bag checks and refuse prohibited items.



Drugs, weapons, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.



Attendees enter the event at their own risk.



5. No Phones / Filming Policy (if applicable)



This is a no‑phones / minimal filming event.



Any filming or recording may be restricted at the discretion of event staff.



Respect the space, the artists, and the people around you.



6. Line‑Up & Event Changes



Artists, set times, and event details are subject to change without notice.



Changes to the line‑up do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.



7. Liability



So U Kno, the venue, and event partners are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event, except where required by law.
